If we are just talking basic bioavailable vitamins, there is no comparison! I have taken multi vitamins for a while with no "noticeable effect" and this is not the case with this organ complex. I can feel the sustained energy. People ask me constantly "how do you have the energy you do?" and while it used to some times be an abundance of caffeine, it is not the case anymore! I have been on the carnivore diet for over a year, and while the benefit has been massive, this has helped me take it to a new level! I sleep better, I wake up with energy, I have a clear mind, and I am always sharp with my thoughts and actions. This does not take the place of a good diet, but when you add it with a good diet, there is no way to beat it! My next hope is to see the bone marrow complex come! That would be awesome.
